What effort a teacher makes to individually connect to students and address their issues on a one to one basis again is determined by the level of belief a teacher has in the profoundness of his or her actions. The future tasks before us at ZYDUS SCHOOL FOR EXCELLENCE-II is to move away from stereotype and create a pathway for innovations. We firmly believe that quality does not go with privilege. Palatial building, excellent infrastructure and great facilities need not be indictors of quality. In fact we endorse that real learning happens where the textbook ends. This concern for the holistic development of the child brings up to another important aspect of education, i.e integration of human values. Rabindranath Tagore says; A mind that is all intellect is like a knife that is all blade, it will make the hand bleed that uses it so we must help the children strive for not only better quality of life but also a  higher quality of life. We therefore reiterate that in every child there is divinity, in every learner there is promise. Let us make each and every aspect of the teaching – learning process truly joyful. Let each child, each teacher celebrate every single school day. Let the heads have a mind set – with thinking skills, enterprising behavior and motivational individuality. Let love reinforce confidence and nurture the talent in every child.
