  • Registration Forms for New Admission in Grade – V & VII are available at the school from Monday, 14th November, 2011 onwards between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Only).
  • Transport facility is available in selected areas. Kindly check bus point before seeking admission.
  • School timings are as follows:-
    • Pre- Primary – 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm
    • Grade I –        7:50 a.m. to 12:30 pm
    • Grade II to VIII – 7:50 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • For other grades like Sr. KG and Grade – I , II, III, IV, VI & VIII , there is no Vacancy.

  3. Registration Form with photo.
  4. ID Card application with photo.
  5. Parents ID Card with photo.
  6. Application for using school transport facility (if seeking transport)
  7. Medical card with Blood Group
  8. Pay order of Rs.15, 000/- in favour of “Ramanbhai Foundation a/c Zydus School for Excellence-Godhavi”.
  9. Pay order of Rs. 5,000/- in favour of “Ramanbhai Foundation a/c Zydus School for Excellence-Godhavi”.
  10. The Stationery & Books will be provided to you at the time of induction.
